Cyber Security Incident Affecting Subset of ERP System

As an update to our previous communication, a subset of Northern Star’s ERP system remains unavailable following a cyber security incident affecting our service provider.

Our service provider has confirmed that backups are intact and restoration activities are now underway, including system recovery, testing and verification to ensure a safe and secure return to service.

To maintain business continuity, Northern Star has implemented temporary manual processes for procurement and operational requirements.

There continues to be no evidence to suggest supplier data or information held by Northern Star has been compromised. We will communicate immediately should this assessment change.
